We aim to reply within one working day. If you have not heard from us in two, write again — it means something went wrong on our side, not that you are being ignored.

If you paid and nothing arrived

Write immediately and put the email address you paid with in the message. Do not pay a second time. We will find the order and get your files to you.

If you want a refund

Say so in one line. You have 7 days and you do not need to explain yourself. We will not ask you why and we will not try to talk you out of it.

If you have not bought yet

Ask. If this is not right for you we would genuinely rather tell you that now than take your money and have you feel cheated later.

If you are a married Nigerian man

One part of this course is built entirely from anonymous answers given by real Nigerian men — married, engaged, or in a serious relationship — about what they actually looked for in a wife.

It stays open. If you would like to add your answers anonymously, write to us and we will send you the questions. No names are ever published, and nothing is ever invented.
