Terms of Sale

These are the terms you agree to when you buy The Second List System. We have kept them short and readable, because terms nobody can understand protect nobody.
Who this agreement is between
You, the buyer, and The Intentional Marriage Institute ("IMI", "we", "us").
What you are buying
A digital course called The Second List System. It contains four written manuals, full audio of every lesson, six instruments you fill in yourself, and two bonus modules.
It is delivered as downloadable files, immediately after payment. Nothing is posted to you and there is no physical item.
It is not video. A video edition is planned but does not exist yet. If video is the reason you are buying, wait for it.
Price
₦14,999. When the video edition is released, the price becomes ₦25,000. Buying now does not entitle you to the video edition free of charge, and we will not pretend otherwise.
How you may use it
What you buy is a personal licence for one person — you.
You may read it, listen to it, print it for your own use, and use the instruments as often as you like, forever.
You may not resell it, share the files, upload them anywhere, post them in a group, teach from them commercially, or pass your download link to other people. The work in it is ours and stays ours.
We would rather say this once, plainly, than fill the pages with warnings.
Refunds
You have 7 days from purchase. Open it, read it, use it.
If it is not what we said it was, send us one message and we will refund you. We will not argue with you, ask you to prove anything, or make you explain yourself.
Refunds are processed through Selar, the platform that handled your payment. The money returns by the same route it came.
What this is, and what it is not
This is an educational course. It teaches a way of seeing, a way of preparing, and a way of assessing a person before you commit to them.
It is not counselling, therapy, or medical, psychological or legal advice. If you are dealing with abuse, or with something that needs a professional, please speak to one. This course is not a substitute for that and was never built to be.
We do not promise you a marriage. Nobody honestly can. Another person's decisions are not ours to guarantee, and any course that tells you otherwise is selling you something it cannot deliver. What we promise is the method — what you do with it, and who you meet while doing it, is life.
Changes
We may improve, expand or reorganise the material. If we do, you keep access to what you bought.
We may change the price at any time. The price you paid is the price you paid.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for delivering what we described. We are not responsible for outcomes in your personal life, for decisions you make after reading it, or for the behaviour of any other person.
Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Nigerian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
